Nic Kressmann is a Raleigh, North Carolina native with over 17 years of architectural design and project mangement experience on many different project types throughout the United States. He is a licensed architect in Colorado and Maryland; specializing in self-storage, skilled nursing, restaurants, breweries, and mixed-use developments.

Personal Note:

Throghout my life, I’ve worked in agriculture, automotive repair, comercial kitchens, grocery, retail sales, logistics, and finally found my place in architecture. It’s the culmination of these experiences that helps me understand exactly what it takes to provide the best functioning spaces for my clients.
